Product Marketing at One Mount Group resides at the intersection of marketing, product, technology, and analytics with a strong emphasis on experimentation and impact. Our OMRE team is focused on building the most complete and trusted platform for buying and selling a home in Vietnam. 

1. SCOPE OF WORK

• Develop and manage the program timeline for the IBP implementation, to ensure we have a consistent setup to drive standardization & scalability across the group.
• Support to drive IBP roadmap development.
• Drive the implementation of the IBP process, govern and manage the data templates, processes & tools to support change management activities.
• Work with functions team to set up best-in-class Integrated Business Planning process collaborating cross-departments with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Availability & Inventory teams including meetings, action plans, issue resolution, and tracking.
• Work with teams to set up RACI for the demand planning processes, and develop the required data infrastructure and interface for reporting.
• Identify business opportunities and initiatives to drive business improvement.
• Support to evaluate and develop the overall IT integrated planning infrastructure, demand planning statistical tool implementation, and dashboard development.

2. REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, and banking or other related fields.
• Preferably experience in IBP, S&OP, business planning, and forecasting.
• Capable of influencing and driving better decision-making through a closed loop planning process in concert across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to aggregate large amounts of data, filter for importance, and tie together in a context relevant "story" designed to drive action
• Excellent communication skills and business understanding with abilities to drive cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, Power BI, and tableau is a plus.
• Proficient in English, TOEIC 650+ or equivalent.
